When you request a quote we receive the details you enter — name, phone, email, project location and description — and any files you attach. We use them only to answer your request and prepare an estimate.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept as long as required by law.

Third parties

The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Frankfurt, EU). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing. Contact us at info@keramikapetrovic021.rs. You may also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
